Cinnte Safety Limited was established at the height of the Covid Pandemic when Barry Bessant realised there were no online training courses available for traffic management operatives and engineers. Therefore, the first part of the mission was to create an online learning platform to deliver job specific training for workers in the traffic management industry. During the first 2 years of operation the demand for these courses grew dramatically, however, Barry Bessant is also an expert in temporary traffic management design and his consultancy work for other leading traffic management companies meant that his skills were still called upon to provide comprehensive traffic management reports, traffic assessments, and road safety audits. As an advocate of road safety and a champion of people’s rights he has developed the mission of the company to include a full range of support services for small business and large organisations alike by providing a one-stop-shop for all your staff, safety, and training requirements.
