Where you have identified a gap in the training requirement for your staff, Cinnte Safety Limited can design a short course to meet your organisational needs. This course can then be accessed through your Company portal provided by CourseCo.

Is the Induction of new employees a nightmare for you?
Regardless of the volume of staff your company turnover, when it comes to inducting new employees the valuable time of your managers and supervisors is taken up going through the induction process and ensuring all the paperwork is issued and signed for. We can take that headache away for you by design an online version of your Company Induction which takes new employees through every aspect of their employment. Most importantly, at the end of each section there is a short questionnaire which the inductee has to complete and pass to proceed. This ensures that there is a sign off on all the health and safety documentation and eliminates the paperwork.
New employees are simply given a link to the course which they can complete on their mobile, laptop, or on a PC.
