How does the hosted platform work?

Let us assume that inducting new employees is a major headache for you. We can design an online induction course for you with all your company documents, health and safety policies, company procedures, and most importantly, new inductees have to sign off on each section to proceed.

When you want to induct someone you simply send them a link that we will provide you with. That person can then complete the course in their own time on their laptop, phone, other electronic device, or whilst at your premises on a desktop.

At the end of the course, they will be issued with a certificate stating that have successfully completed the ‘Company’ Induction Course. This can also be issued as a refresher course at whichever frequency you require.

What are the benefits?

The benefit is that all the essential health and safety information is passed on to the new employee and is signed off reducing paperwork and saving time of senior managers and supervisors. Once you have paid for the initial set up, you pay an agreed amount per employee who uses the course, which can be as little as €5 depending on quantity. This is an extremely cost-efficient way of managing new employees inductions (and other training).
